In addition to regular virtual meetings the EUACA members and associate members meet in person four times per year in plenary and board sessions.
Decisions are made by votes of all members as laid down in the Articles of Association and the By-Laws of the EUACA.

The operational work of EUACA is undertaken by the Board which consists of seven members, elected for a period of 3 years by the Members. The members of the Board include a Chairperson, up to two Vice-Chairpersons and one Treasurer.

Mr Didier Hocq (Belgium Slot Co-ordination BSC) is acting as Official Secretary of the Organisation.. This includes the responsibility for the official documents of the association as well as the communication with the competent Belgian authorities.
