DATA PROTECTION POLICY

  • Your contact information will be collected for EUACA member’s use only. We process personal data only in strict compliance with Directive 95/46/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 October 1995 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
  • To be certain that the information we hold is accurate and up-to-date, please ensure that we are promptly informed of any relevant changes to your contact details.
  • In order to check airline representatives’ formal accreditation, we may communicate your data information either to the management of your airline on behalf of which you want to register or to the head of delegation listed at the latest IATA Schedule Coordination conference.
  • Based on the data collected while registering, any EUACA member can contact you to provide / request information related to schedule data at one of the airports the coordinator / schedule facilitator is responsible for as per EU Regulation 95/93.
  • We may use your information to contact you and deliver information to you that is relevant to your use of the site and to the schedule coordination or schedule facilitation at any of the airports managed by a member of the EUACA. By accepting to provide the information requested below you expressly agree to receive this type of information.
  • Every year, in May and October, we will require from you a confirmation of your registration request and an update of your personal information. Without any reply to our request, your user ID, password and personal information will be erased from our database.
  • We will not, without your consent, supply your name and address to any third party except where we are required to do so by operation of law.
  • Should you wish to obtain a copy of the personal data that we hold on you, please send an e-mail to the following address : administrator@euaca.org. We will send to you, at the e-mail that we hold for you in our database, within 40 days a copy of all data we hold concerning you.

we will modify or delete your contact information from our active databases as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our desactivation policy and applicable law.

  • We do not use data collection devices such as " cookies " and we do not track information based on your behavior on our site. We may only keep track of the date and time of your latest use of ID and password.
  • You are responsible for all actions taken with your user ID and password. Therefore we do not recommend that you disclose your password to anybody. If you choose to share your user ID and password, you are responsible for any action taken by a third party using your user ID and password.
  • Therefore, if your password has been compromised for any reason, you should immediatly change your password. To do so, please send an e-mail to administrator@euaca.org.
